At the 19th Schaffhausen Gourmet Festival, 21 top restaurants once again invite you to discover and enjoy: with a wide range of culinary delights and the matching wines from Schaffhausen's Blauburgunderland. The festival thrives on regional tradition, passion and competence. That is why other agricultural products from the Blauburgunderland are also deliberately included. We are proud to have been chosen again to participate in this festival.

Enjoy the 4-course menu created with love and care by our chef Andy Saupe and our sushi master Ken Tappolet. Each course can be accompanied by a different top wine from Schaffhausen's Blauburgunderland.
